- Ride may be postponed in case of extreme weather
- Minimum age for single ride: 12 years old
- Tandem ride available for children with adult supervision
- Payment accepted via cash or valid voucher upon arrival
- The company reserves the right to adjust routes or cancel the tour without prior notice if necessary
Our driver, Verry, delivered us safely to the location. Upon arrival, the tubing team was waiting for us, and we were able to head straight to the river. Our guides helped us navigate the obstacles safely. Highly recommended!

We had a blast today. We couldn’t ask for more for the tubing experience we had today. I booked the tubing activity on Klook and the staff were waiting for us at our scheduled time. 2 staff stayed with us during the whole trip and they were so helpful throughout. I wouldn’t complete the trip without their help, I got stuck at a few places. Their life jacket, water shoes, towels are very new. Their shower area looks renovated as well. They take pictures and videos for you for free.
